I would highly recommend BYD Stoke to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. From start to finish, the level of service and the way I was treated throughout the whole process was excellent.
I had previously visited two or three other BYD dealers, but the main reason I ultimately decided to purchase my car from Swansway was the sales executive who looked after me. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole experience enjoyable.
One thing that really stood out to me was the effort he put into explaining all the features of the car during the test drive. Although I had already researched the car extensively and was familiar with most of its features, he still took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. That level of attention and customer service really made a difference.
Unfortunately, I can’t remember the sales executive’s name, but I would definitely like to give him special recognition. In my opinion, he was the real reason I chose to purchase my car from Swansway.
I have already recommended Swansway BYD Stoke to friends who are considering buying a BYD, and I would happily recommend them to anyone else as well.

I would not recommend BYD Stoke because I was sold a car with a broken brake light. This is an mot failure.

I'd recommend BYD Stoke to anyone because staff are very friendly and welcoming also our sales representative was very knowledgeable and made us feel more at ease buying what is now our second BYD car from this dealership within 6 months
