BYD Stoke were really helpful and I'd recommend them because there was no hard sell and knew exactly what I needed and offered the best deal.

I'd definitely recommend BYD Stoke because such a nice friendly staff who delt with us. It must be the first time we were not pushed into buying a car..Jack who was our salesman could not have been more helpful on every part of looking at what cars suited both of us to sorting all paperwork out.
When we were a little undecided, that eas nt a problem as a test drive was sorted to cover not just drivingthe car but reversing into carpark bays with no rush on time we were doing this.
We ordered my wifes car whilst I ordered mine four days later; the cars came a couple of weeks later ( approx ). they were ready to go but before we drove them away Jack made sure we knew where all items were i.e. wipers ..lights etc..made sure seat adjustments were suitable for both of us for our driving postion.
Stoke BYD we cannot fault for being so helpful, kind & have a smile. This is a must foe all people wanting to buy a great vehicles with great staff.
If we could give 11 out of 10 we would.
