I am happy with the purchase. The process of purchasing the vehicle was straight forward. I did feel that communication could have been better after the initial purchase but this did improve and collection of the vehicle was hassle free

I would recommend BYD Stoke to friends and family because I got a lot of help from Owen. He did everything to help me purchase the new car. No hassle, no pushing. We had a good test drive, check how car can fit inside my garage. It is bigger then my previous one but with the help from 360 cameras parking is easy. Also he guide me through the process to get a good finance tailored to me.

The experience at BYD Stoke was nothing that I could ask more for. Eva Adams had been exceptional as a car sales profession at BYD Stoke. She was friendly and conversational on the phone when making an appointment for the test drive. She was attentive to customer needs and welcoming when I walked through the doors at BYD Stoke for the very first time.

During the test drive, she listened and captured customer needs and when a question that could not be answered, she would be very honest and queried it with other knowledgeable colleagues as she only joined BYD Stoke for two weeks at the time. At collection, she would ensure the used vehicle be in perfect condition and organised a grand collection ceremony for the customer. The vehicle handover process was as smooth as silk and she would ensure the customer’s need continue when the after sales process completed.
